THE BIBLE - We believe in the providential preservation of the true Word of God in the Authorized King James, A.V. 1611, as well as its providential inspiration. The purpose of this is to preserve the infallibility of the inspired Original text.
THE CHURCH - We believe in the authority of the local church and its separation from political and state entanglements; two ordinances - Baptism and the Lord's supper; and two offices - Pastor and Deacon.
A LITERAL HELL - "And it came to pass that the beggar died and was carried by the angels into Abraham's bosom: the rich man also died, and was buried; and in hell he lift up his eyes, being in torments, and seeth Abraham afar off, and Lazarus in his bosom." (Luke 16:22,23)
THE NEW BIRTH - "Except a man be born again he cannot see the kingdom of God..." (John 3:3) The only way to heaven is by faith, trusting in the Lord Jesus Christ as your personal Saviour.
ETERNAL LIFE - "And I give unto them eternal life and they shall never perish..." (John 10:28) "He that believeth on the Son hath everlasting life: and he that believeth not the Son shall not see life; but the wrath of God abideth on him." (John 3:36)
